Terms and Conditions.

All payments should be made in full at the time of booking. We cannot confirm your place until we receive full payment.


We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops, or one-off sessions.

If we cancel your course or session for any reason, we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period.


Students use the studio at their own risk and must be aware of the inherent hazards of a working pottery studio environment. These risks include the use of sharp tools, exposure to chemicals and high temperatures amongst other things.

All students should wear appropriate clothing and comfortable, flat shoes with non-slip soles and covered toes. Casual clothing is recommended. Long hair must be tied back for wheel work and jewellery and watches are best left at home. Please note that we are not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing or loss of valuables.


Regular class packages are valid for the duration of 3 months from the date of sign up. Balance credit will be forfeited when due and unutilised.

Class or workshop will be forfeited if ‘no show’, or change/reschedule is not made 1 week before class.

Any persons unable to complete their class/course/workshop due to illness or injury must inform Clay-street.com with a medical certificate for review, we will try our best to accommodate the rescheduling request if needed on case-to-case basis.

Transfers are not allowed. However, in exceptional situation it will be considered on individual case-to-case basis.

Course extensions (for regular class) will only be given in exceptional cases, no refunds or credit notes will be made.

For private workshops or parties, full payment is to be made at least 15 days before the actual event. There will be no refund for ‘no show’ or cancellation made 1 week prior to the workshop.


Prices offered on this website are quoted in Singapore Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices for products or services offered on the website at any time. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.


Students are required to keep all surfaces clean of clay and glaze around their work area and are strictly required to clean the tools and equipment well after usage before completing their class.
